About the role

The Director of Brand Marketing & Events will shape and execute 360° marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth. Working at the crossroads of brand, digital, retail, PR, and wholesale, you will ensure consistent storytelling across every consumer touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑year marketing calendar and present strategies to senior leadership.
• Coordinate across Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Sales, Retail, and PR to align initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end seasonal and monthly campaigns, set KPIs, and report performance.
• Partner with the Creative Director to guide visual direction, content strategy, and brand voice.
• Oversee Art & Social Media teams to deliver best‑in‑class creative execution.
• Drive special projects such as runway shows, collaborations, and cultural events, integrating them into broader marketing plans.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of integrated marketing experience, preferably in a start‑up or digital‑first fashion brand.
• Proven track record of leading 360° campaigns and large‑scale brand moments.
• Strong creative sensibility and deep understanding of fashion consumer behavior.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
