Manager, Meeting & Travel Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Meeting & Travel Services to lead the strategy, planning and execution of large‑scale meetings, conferences and executive programs. The role partners with C‑suite leaders to deliver high‑impact, on‑brand experiences for up to 3,000 attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement end‑to‑end event strategies for global conferences and curated C‑suite programs.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design confidential, strategically aligned programs.
• Oversee all event logistics, production, budgeting and on‑site execution, including venue sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams such as Finance, Communications, Travel, Security and Executive Administration.
• Manage vendor relationships with production agencies, hotels, catering, transportation and technology partners.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines and run‑of‑show documents.
• Handle attendee registration, communications, travel coordination and expense tracking using Cvent, Monday.com and Concur.
• Ensure VIP and executive experiences meet white‑glove service standards and mitigate risks for high‑visibility programs.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing complex, high‑profile meetings and events, including large‑scale programs (1,000+ attendees) and executive‑level engagements.
• Proven ability to balance creativity with operational excellence in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
