Director Enterprise Order Management Platform

About the role

Mastercard is building a cloud‑based Order Management (OM) platform to support its global Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes. As Director of the Enterprise Order Management Platform, you will own the platform’s strategy, roadmap and operational readiness while leading a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end strategy, governance and lifecycle management for the cloud OM platform.
• Lead design, delivery and oversight of critical integrations with billing, CRM and payment systems.
• Ensure platform resiliency, data integrity, reconciliation and control across the O2C flow.
• Build and manage a team covering platform strategy, delivery enablement, release management, integration analysis and operations support.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology groups and vendors to deliver secure, auditable outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in enterprise platform delivery, preferably in cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash workflows and integration patterns.
• Strong track record of managing cross‑functional teams and complex technology programs.
