About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a PACS Support Technician to provide technical assistance for imaging systems. This professional staff position is a regular, day‑shift role located on the UAMS campus.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) imaging applications.
• Assist end‑users with troubleshooting and system usage.
• Maintain system performance and assist with routine updates.

Required profile

• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Eligibility for a regular, professional‑staff appointment.
• Availability to work day shifts on site.
