Digital Product Designer – UX/UI (Onsite)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Digital Product Designer (UX/UI) to create intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile applications. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, the role focuses on understanding user needs and translating them into high‑fidelity designs that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Mentor junior designers and promote best practices.
• Conduct advanced user research and usability testing.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align design with business goals.
• Champion user‑centered design principles across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (e.g., high school + 13 years, associate + 9 years, M.S. + 2 years, PhD + 0 years).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant UX/UI design experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
