About the role
As a Digital Process Optimization Lead you will drive global digital initiatives that improve process efficiency, asset utilization, and decision‑making across manufacturing operations. You will work on‑site in Greenville, Ohio, translating data into actionable insights and delivering measurable cost reductions.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy, adopt, and actively use digital solutions at manufacturing sites.
- Develop and maintain standard KPIs and dashboards for performance comparison.
- Implement digital tools that reduce waste, waiting times, and transportation losses.
- Modernize virtual assessment and benchmarking practices.
- Support the definition, development, and rollout of global KPIs and dashboards.
- Design and deliver training programs on practical digital tool usage.
- Manage international cross‑functional projects with a focus on cost awareness and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams while enabling future digital capabilities.
Required profile
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for process optimization.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Motivation for hands‑on digital implementation.
- Proven problem‑solving abilities.
- Project management experience.
