About the role
Sisley Cosmetics USA Inc. seeks a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to lead paid media initiatives, boost customer engagement, and serve as the primary liaison with advertising agencies and digital partners. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will shape and execute multi‑channel campaigns that reflect the brand’s premium positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and launch digital marketing campaigns across SEM, social media, display, influencer, affiliate, and email channels.
- Act as the main point of contact for the digital marketing agency, managing budgets, goals, calendars, briefs, and creative assets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and HQ to ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and objectives.
- Maintain a consistent and relevant social media presence through content creation, UGC curation, and agile CRM.
- Analyze campaign performance, monitor budget pacing, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee digital marketing invoices, P&L, and ensure cost‑effective campaign management.
- Manage advertising agreements, partnerships, and evaluate new vendor opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Required profile
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Independent thinker with a hands‑on, “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
