Communications Team Coordinator (Influencer & PR)

About the role

We are seeking a Communications Team Coordinator to support a luxury fashion brand’s PR and influencer initiatives. Based in Midtown Manhattan, the role is hybrid and offers the chance to work closely with the global PR team on brand campaigns, product launches and high‑profile VIP collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with communications initiatives across brand campaigns, product launches, collaborations and key moments.
• Serve as primary contact for media, stylists and talent, handling high‑resolution image requests and end‑to‑end sample trafficking (loans, shipments, placements, returns).
• Oversee seasonal sample ordering, maintain PR sample inventory and track allocations for media, influencers and VIPs.
• Support planning and execution of PR events, including guest list building, logistics coordination and asset organization.
• Create and distribute press materials such as lookbooks, product decks and pitching collateral.
• Monitor daily press and influencer coverage, compile reports and share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, purchase orders and finance tracker maintenance.
• Maintain organized records of VIP placements and archive assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in PR, influencer marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fashion/retail trends and cultural drivers influencing Gen Z.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills.
