About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on growth marketer to own paid customer acquisition and shape how Madison Avenue Couture reaches and converts new customers online. This full‑funnel position will manage campaigns, analyse performance, and map the customer journey across every digital touchpoint.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategy across paid social, paid search and display, managing daily optimisation on Meta, Google Ads and other channels.
- Identify, test and scale new acquisition channels, overseeing audience strategy, bid logic, budget allocation and creative testing.
- Integrate paid efforts with SEO, email, organic social and content to maximise overall digital footprint.
- Map the acquisition funnel, pinpoint drop‑off points and improve conversion through landing pages, retargeting flows and post‑click experiences.
- Generate hypotheses, run experiments and iterate on creative angles, audience segments and onsite experiences.
- Own measurement and attribution across channels, designing experiments to isolate incremental growth.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years of experience at a digital agency, ready to transition in‑house at a premium luxury brand.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to own end‑to‑end campaigns and act on performance insights.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with direct visibility to leadership.
