DevOps Engineer – Remote / NYC (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to join TelmarHelixa’s growing engineering team. The role is fully remote with a focus on supporting our NYC‑based operations, and it offers the chance to shape the infrastructure that powers AI‑driven audience insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes (AWS EKS) from concept to production.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Build, enhance and automate CI/CD pipelines with Git for builds, tests, deployments and rollbacks.
• Collaborate with security teams to identify vulnerabilities, enforce least‑privilege access and ensure compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex scaling and performance issues across distributed systems.
• Establish monitoring, alerting and logging solutions for 24/7 visibility.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset; able to lead projects end‑to‑end without step‑by‑step supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, product, and QA teams.
• Demonstrated experience working in fast‑paced, innovative environments.
