AI DevOps Engineer

About the role

Moody's is looking for an AI DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure that supports AI‑driven solutions. You will work across AWS, Azure and optionally GCP environments, creating automated, secure, and cost‑effective pipelines that enable rapid delivery of data‑intensive applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform for multi‑cloud environments.
• Build, optimise, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS).
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, identity management and encryption best practices.
• Monitor systems with tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and infrastructure issues promptly.
• Document designs, workflows and operational procedures.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Terraform.
• Strong background in AWS and Azure; familiarity with GCP is a plus.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
• Solid understanding of secure infrastructure practices and cost optimisation.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
