Desktop Support Co‑Op

About the role

Join our IT team to provide hands‑on technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers while gaining practical experience in a collaborative, AI‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and install desktop and laptop systems, including data migration and software installation.
• Provide end‑user support for enterprise desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and peripheral issues, and perform daily backup procedures.
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors and monitor IT infrastructure using monitoring tools.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student graduating between Dec 2026 and Dec 2028, pursuing an Associate’s or higher degree in IT, MIS, CS, Business or related field.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to work on‑site in Raleigh, NC, 19 hours per week while attending classes.
• Customer‑focused attitude with good problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Basic troubleshooting with Windows, macOS and iOS devices.
• Hardware and printer repair, software installation, data migration and network connectivity.
• Use of monitoring tools to support IT infrastructure.
