Designer - Scrubs

About the role

Fabletics is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Designer to join its Scrubs Design Team. You will work closely with the Head of Design to develop seasonal scrubs collections that blend function with purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Execute seasonal scrubs collections in line with calendar milestones.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to meet timelines, deliverables, and brand standards.
• Create mood boards, color boards, and concept presentations for quarterly reviews.
• Produce detailed sketches and CAD files that communicate design and fit intent.
• Maintain and update design‑owned BOMs with accuracy.
• Navigate Centric PLM for design updates (experience a plus).
• Partner with Tech Design to support execution and monitor outcomes.
• Provide clear design direction to factory partners throughout development.
• Review samples and fittings for design accuracy and fit alignment.
• Support graphic design elements such as trims and branding.
• Organize design files and documentation.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in apparel design.
• Strong understanding of Tech Design principles and workflows.
• Ability to manage design‑owned BOMs in PLM systems (Centric PLM a plus).
• Advanced CAD skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proven cross‑functional collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
• Foundational AI literacy, including experience with generative AI tools.
