About the role
The Data Entry Coordinator is a contract position supporting the company's transition to SAP S/4Hana. The role focuses on accurate data entry and verification to ensure production orders are correctly reflected in the new ERP system.
Key responsibilities
- Review orders in SAP S/4Hana using information from the operations team.
- Confirm that production order dates are accurately recorded.
- Check all entered information for completeness and correctness.
- Escalate any discrepancies found during verification.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, with a primary emphasis on data entry and accuracy.
Required profile
- Proficient data entry abilities.
- Experience working with SAP S/4Hana.
- Prior experience in data entry and coordination roles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong time‑management and task‑prioritisation skills.

What we offer
- Fully remote work after a brief 1‑2 week training period.
- Contract employment based in York, PA.
- Hourly pay ranging from $24.00 to $26.00.
