Data Analyst – Drive Insights for Credit Card Platform

About the role

Cardless is seeking a Data Analyst (or Senior Data Analyst) to shape insights, processes, and decisions for its co‑branded credit card platform. You will work across applications, accounts, transactions, fraud, risk, rewards and partner operations to support high‑impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational, product and financial data to identify trends, diagnose issues and surface actionable insights.
• Build dashboards, reporting frameworks and monitoring tools to improve visibility into system and business performance.
• Partner with product managers, engineers and risk/compliance teams to support design of new features, workflows and policies.
• Evaluate and optimize business processes across the customer lifecycle, including applications, onboarding, transactions, servicing, fraud and rewards.
• Perform deep‑dive investigations into anomalies or partner escalations, determine root causes and drive remediation.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in an analytical, operations, strategy or data‑focused role.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel/Sheets and Python.
• Experience using AI tools in a professional setting and integrating them into day‑to‑day work.
• Ability to work with large datasets and build reliable reporting or dashboarding solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex analysis into clear insights for technical and non‑technical partners.
