About the role

Jobright is seeking a Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that help improve our AI agents. You will work closely with product teams and external stakeholders to ensure data‑driven decisions shape the future of our career‑search platform.

Key responsibilities

• Surface data‑driven insights that inform how AI agents are tuned, evaluated, and improved over time.
• Build reports and visualizations that clearly communicate findings to product teams and external partners.
• Respond quickly to data requests, translating analytical outputs into accessible narratives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with 0‑2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field.
• Strong communicator able to present trends clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Working understanding of statistics and basic concepts of AI and machine learning.
• Based in and authorized to work in the United States.
