Customer Care Associate – French Fluency (Hybrid)

About the role
The Customer Care Associate will provide reactive, French‑language support to a large portfolio of Odoo users. Working primarily on‑site with one remote day per week, you will help customers resolve issues, maximise their use of the Odoo ERP platform, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of roughly 1,400–1,600 accounts, acting as the main point of contact for French‑speaking inquiries.
- Handle administrative and technical requests quickly and accurately, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex cases to internal teams and collaborate to achieve timely resolutions.
- Develop deep knowledge of Odoo software to provide informed assistance.
- Distribute self‑service resources and document insights to improve internal workflows.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong organisational abilities and reliability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with G Suite applications.
