Bilingual French/English Call Center Representative

About the role

Midtown is looking for a full‑time bilingual French/English Call Center Representative to provide member support in a fast‑paced environment. The role is based at the Chicago headquarters and, after training, follows a hybrid schedule with two days onsite each week.

Key responsibilities

• Handle member inquiries via phone and written channels, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Process membership change requests, bookings, and delinquent account follow‑ups.
• Document and appropriately escalate member complaints.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Midtown’s products and services to answer questions effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and comments.
• Assist in training and onboarding new Member Support Representatives.
• Troubleshoot common workflow and process issues and collaborate with other departments to implement solutions.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Resident of the Chicagoland area.
• Minimum four years of relevant customer service or call‑center experience.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to work onsite at the Chicago headquarters on Mondays and Tuesdays.
