Custodial Institutional Services Assistant (Hourly)

About the role

The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture is seeking an Institutional Services Assistant to provide hourly custodial support across campus facilities. This temporary, fixed‑term position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a vibrant university environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of office buildings, classrooms, lecture halls, conference rooms, auditoriums, resident halls, dining areas, and common spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of building exteriors and surrounding areas as required.
• Collaborate with the event manager to prepare and clean venues for scheduled events.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a healthy environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
• Reliability and attention to detail in maintaining clean facilities.
