Creator & Influencer Manager (Media)

About the role

We are seeking a Creator & Influencer Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns from strategy through delivery for a leading creative agency client. You will act as the primary liaison between brands and a network of creators, ensuring campaigns meet client objectives while staying on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of influencer and creator campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, contracting, briefing, and ongoing coordination.
• Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, tracking timelines, deliverables, approvals, and key milestones.
• Maintain relationships with a network of 50+ influencers/creators across various projects.
• Identify and communicate potential risks or delays to senior team members proactively.
• Develop campaign briefs, creator guidelines, messaging frameworks, and ensure content complies with brand standards and FTC disclosure rules.
• Provide constructive feedback to creators and internal teams, with final content approval overseen by senior staff.
• Stay current on emerging creator trends and bring fresh ideas to campaign planning.

• Excellent communicator comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
• Passionate about the evolving creator and social media landscape.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (Creative, Paid Media, SEO, etc.).

Required skills

• Experience managing influencer or creator marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with FTC disclosure requirements and brand compliance.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
