Customer Success Manager

About the role

Highstoke Media is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for our luxury beauty and advanced aesthetics clients. You will coach, support, and guide clients remotely, ensuring they achieve their business goals while maximizing the impact of our digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships as the main contact, driving satisfaction and success.
• Provide personalized coaching and best‑practice guidance to help clients meet their objectives.
• Address urgent client challenges quickly and effectively.
• Conduct regular Zoom check‑ins to review progress and align on goals.
• Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, staying organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve the experience.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years in a customer‑facing role, preferably customer success or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience working for a US‑based company is a plus.
