About the role
Wiregrass Georgia Technical College is seeking a part‑time Cosmetology Adjunct Instructor to deliver hands‑on training and classroom instruction to cosmetology students in Valdosta. The role supports a diverse student body and ensures a safe, well‑maintained learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive educational and functional training to cosmetology students.
- Prepare instructional materials and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Assist students on the lab floor and verify completion of lab work.
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the learning environment in accordance with college policies.
- Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and college health policies.
Required profile
- Active State of Georgia Cosmetology License.
- Cosmetology Technical Certificate of Credit or Diploma.
- Minimum three years of professional cosmetology experience.
- Teaching experience is highly desired.
What we offer
- Hourly compensation of $25.00.
