Corporate Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Controller who will lead the accounting function in a fast‑growing, multi‑entity organization. This senior finance professional will partner closely with executive leadership while building a high‑performing team, standardising processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual close processes across multiple entities.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Design and implement scalable accounting workflows, controls and structures.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve project accounting and reporting.
• Drive accounting integration for acquisitions and new entities.
• Serve as primary liaison for auditors, tax partners and executive leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA and/or MBA preferred).
• Extensive experience in project‑based or percentage‑of‑completion accounting.
• Proven track record leading accounting operations in a multi‑entity environment.
• Demonstrated success improving close processes and financial accuracy.
• Experience with acquisition and integration accounting.
