Sr. Indirect Procurement Manager

About the role

Roku is looking for a senior professional to lead strategic sourcing for its indirect spend categories, including IT/SaaS, professional services, marketing, facilities and other corporate expenses. The manager will partner with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Product and Marketing to drive cost savings, mitigate risk and improve supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing plans for assigned categories, defining supplier strategy, competitive bidding and negotiation approaches.
• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing cycles, from business requirement intake through supplier selection, contract negotiation and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align sourcing decisions with company priorities and compliance standards.
• Monitor supplier performance, address issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate category data, market intelligence and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in a technology or media environment.
• Strong commercial judgment and analytical rigor.
• Ability to influence and work effectively with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
