About the role
Invesco’s Chief Communications Officer is looking for a proactive Administrative Analyst to support the global Corporate Communications function. The role provides day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the CCO and helps coordinate projects across Media Relations, Internal Communications, and Social Media teams worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CCO’s calendar, expense reports, and travel arrangements.
- Support global Communications operations by tracking project status, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining project calendars.
- Coordinate with external vendors, Procurement, and Finance on contracts and budgets.
- Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to other team members as needed.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of administrative assistant experience supporting cross‑functional teams.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities with tight‑deadline experience.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and updating reports and presentations.
- Experience coordinating projects, events, and large meetings, including external stakeholder support.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting with senior leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
