About the role

The FOX Experience + Design team is seeking a Coordinator, Experiential & Events to support the planning and execution of high‑impact brand experiences. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to event administration and production across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of multiple event projects simultaneously.
• Manage logistical details, including venue coordination, vendor relations, and on‑site activities.
• Track and monitor event budgets, ensuring financial compliance.
• Prepare presentation decks and supporting materials for internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, design, and technology teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Required profile

• Highly organized self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eager to learn the intricacies of event planning from the ground up.
• Ability to work on‑site in Los Angeles at least four days per week.
