Coordinator, Experiential Events

About the role

The Coordinator, Experiential Events will lead all phases of event production for the Golden State Warriors, Golden State Valkyries, and other brand experiences. Based in San Francisco, you will ensure each event meets high standards and enhances the organization’s visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for internal and external clients from concept through execution.
• Lead site visits, planning meetings, and walkthroughs to align all departments.
• Create event layouts using AutoCAD and oversee production to match brand standards.
• Develop creative briefs, timelines, and budgets while managing expenditures.
• Research, negotiate, and secure off‑site venues and vendor agreements.
• Obtain permits and coordinate with the San Francisco Fire and Buildings Departments.
• Oversee onsite event teams, manage setup and breakdown, and distribute post‑event notes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years experience in event and project management, preferably with large, high‑profile events.
• Ability to work flexible, non‑traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using AutoCAD for event layout design.
