Content & Community Manager

About the role

Join Apply, a Brooklyn‑based creative studio known for its iconic stickers, as the Content & Community Manager. Working side‑by‑side with the Creative Director in our Dumbo studio, you will shape the brand’s voice across owned and borrowed channels, driving engagement and building a vibrant community to support our direct‑to‑consumer growth.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the Apply community on social platforms, email, and emerging channels, focusing on follower growth, repeat engagement, and DTC revenue.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce social content such as posts, reels, stories, and memes, developing repeatable content franchises.
• Write authentic copy for captions, newsletters, and community updates.
• Serve as the brand’s voice in DMs, comments, and forums, maintaining a playful and on‑brand tone.
• Draft campaigns that meet licensor brand guidelines and secure Creative Director approval.
• Design initiatives that encourage user‑generated content, referrals, and ongoing participation.
• Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics to uncover growth insights.
