Construction Site Manager IV

About the role

Fluor is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager IV to lead medium‑to‑large construction‑only, EPFC, turnaround, or complex fabrication projects. The role oversees all on‑site activities, ensuring alignment with contract terms, schedules, budgets, and quality standards while fostering a safe and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all construction activities for assigned projects, including office and field teams.
• Manage execution in compliance with prime contract requirements, company policies, and local regulations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout all phases.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment across departments, locations, and project phases.
• Enforce Fluor’s Quality Program, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability policies.
• Provide leadership and communication to stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Accredited four‑year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (20 years of related work, or 24 years without a degree).
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with management, clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong technical knowledge applicable to large‑scale construction, engineering, procurement, and fabrication projects.
• Capability to learn and apply local, state/provincial, and federal regulations.
