Construction Internship

About the role

Greystar is offering a Construction Internship for students interested in real estate and construction. The role provides hands‑on exposure to corporate construction functions within a global real‑estate platform.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the corporate team to understand day‑to‑day duties and responsibilities.
• Complete required in‑house training on company applications and operational techniques.
• Assist senior team members with financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis.
• Participate in special projects that involve collaboration with other Greystar teams.
• Create documentation outlining processes, procedures, programs, and testing/review results.
• Conduct research and prepare assessments of conceptual ideas within the department.
• Complete a capstone project and presentation at the end of the program.
• Attend intern program events such as orientation, speaker series, trainings, lunch‑and‑learns, mentorship activities, and site visits.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a 2‑ or 4‑year undergraduate degree program.
• Interest in a career in real estate, construction, or related corporate functions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with corporate teams and senior staff.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
