Community Manager – The Fletcher Southlands

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of The Fletcher Southlands apartment community, leading staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets, set rent rates, and ensure timely rent collection and financial reporting.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and oversee lease enforcement including applications, renewals, inspections, and evictions.
• Analyze market trends to create short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies that meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by responding to complaints, service requests, and ensuring maintenance standards.
• Supervise property staff through hiring, training, performance management, and daily oversight.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi or OneSite.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel and database management tools.
• Valid driver’s license for on‑site vehicle operation.
