Community Manager – Social Media & Influencer Marketing

About the role

Later is seeking a Community Manager who lives and breathes social media. You will shape and amplify brand voices across platforms, turning trends into engaging content and fostering vibrant online communities for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute social‑first content on Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• Conceptualise and produce creative assets that feel native to each channel.
• Plan, shoot and edit social media content from pre‑production to post‑production.
• Monitor real‑time trends, memes and cultural moments to craft timely brand responses.
• Engage audiences in brand voice, grow community size and nurture relationships.
• Collaborate with internal influencer teams to integrate social and influencer strategies.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to brainstorm and deliver innovative content ideas.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
• Deep familiarity with internet culture and the ability to adopt multiple brand personas.
• Creative, on‑camera confidence and a knack for storytelling.
• Resourceful, scrappy and able to act quickly in fast‑moving environments.
