About the role
The Community Manager – Isla will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a stabilized garden‑style apartment community of 197 units in Palm Bay. The role combines financial management, resident services, and compliance with Greystar’s standards and housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor the property budget, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
- Set rent rates, ensure timely rent collection, process bank deposits, and manage petty cash.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
- Control expenditures within approved budgets and oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collection.
- Analyze market and economic trends to shape short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a multifamily property or community of similar size.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
- Ability to lead a team, coordinate daily activities, and communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and owners.
