Community Manager – Isla

About the role

The Community Manager – Isla will oversee the daily operations of a stabilized garden‑style apartment community in Palm Bay, Florida. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, manage resources and ensure the property meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the property’s staff to deliver high‑quality resident services.
• Develop and monitor the annual budget, analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, oversee rent collection and drive revenue performance to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable laws.
• Maintain property standards, oversee maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors.
• Analyze market trends and marketing data to support leasing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property management experience.
• Strong understanding of multi‑family housing operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets.
