About the role

This position manages the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned property, overseeing budgeting, rent collection, financial reporting, and compliance with housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manages daily property operations, including budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Oversees lease enforcement, resident satisfaction, property inspections, and maintenance team compliance.
• Supervises property staff, handling hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manages vendor relationships, approves invoices, and ensures compliance with company policies and housing laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong computer skills: Internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
