Leasing Professional – The Arrowood Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing and renewal activities for The Arrowood community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident retention targets through proactive prospect engagement and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, preparing lease and move‑in packages, and ensuring smooth move‑in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in, confirm they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives to drive traffic, such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage prospect and resident data, and capture demographic information.
• Ensure show units and community spaces meet company standards through daily inspections and coordination with maintenance.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a strong sales orientation.
• Detail‑oriented and able to prepare and inspect units for move‑in.
• Knowledge of local rental market trends and competitor activity.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans.
• Proficiency in using property management software to manage data and track performance.
