About the role
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning and close‑out phases of our EPC projects in Texas. The role involves overseeing all technical aspects of construction, ensuring systems meet client requirements, and delivering projects on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end commissioning process for electrical, substation and other construction projects.
- Develop, implement and monitor commissioning plans, schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors and suppliers to align delivery timelines.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits and quality checks to ensure compliance.
- Train and mentor staff on commissioning procedures and best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve technical problems and document progress for senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commissioning within the construction/EPC sector.
- Strong background in electrical, substation and overall EPC projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven project‑management abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
