Commercial Property Manager

About the role

American Nevada Company is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join its Henderson, NV team. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of our commercial assets, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of commercial properties, including maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Manage tenant relationships, address concerns, and ensure lease compliance.
• Administer leases, track rent payments, and handle lease renewals.
• Prepare and monitor property budgets, analyze financial reports, and control expenses.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support property performance.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of commercial leases and property‑management regulations.
• Proven ability to resolve tenant issues effectively.
• Experience in commercial property management, including vendor supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with owners, tenants, contractors, and internal staff.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• NV real‑estate license and property‑management permit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
