About the role
The Community Manager for the Leas‑up – Ascend portfolio will oversee daily operations of an assigned property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring financial and operational targets are met while maintaining compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and monitor budgets by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
- Set rent rates, ensure timely rent and fee collection, and post payments accurately.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multi‑family housing regulations.
- Coordinate with leasing, maintenance, and resident services teams to deliver a high‑quality living experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
