Children's Apparel Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Designer to develop seasonal assortments for newborn, infant, and toddler clothing lines. Working closely with the Design Director, you will shape trend‑right collections across branded, licensed, and private‑label categories.

Key responsibilities

• Take direction from the Design Director to create seasonal assortments for multiple categories.
• Research trends and conduct competitive shopping to guide silhouette, color, print, and category direction.
• Develop seasonal inspiration and concept presentations highlighting key materials, prints, trims, and silhouettes.
• Create sketches and color CADs for development boards and collection line sheets.
• Support fabric, trim, and component development with a focus on comfort, durability, and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for material, silhouette, and category innovation within the children’s business.

• Ability to work under the guidance of a Design Director.
• Strong attention to comfort, durability, and safety standards for children’s products.
• Innovative mindset for material and silhouette development.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $85,000‑$90,000 per year.
