Chief of Staff, Product

About the role

We’re looking for a high‑ownership, highly analytical and curious Chief of Staff to work directly with our Chief Product Officer, driving impact on top‑priority initiatives across the organization. The role blends operations and strategy, requiring swift context gathering, decisive action, and seamless movement between problem‑solving and hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution on action items and commitments by tracking decisions, assigning owners, and ensuring completion.
• Investigate open questions and diagnose marketplace problems through data analysis to uncover root causes.
• Review and pressure‑test work products, providing first‑pass feedback on planning documents and deliverables.
• Prepare briefing materials and status reports for key meetings such as risk reviews and All‑Hands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an executive support role with strong business judgement.
• Regularly used analytical horsepower and a track record of building trust and driving progress.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Located in San Francisco or willing to relocate, able to work 3‑4 days per week onsite.
• High ownership, curiosity, and ability to move between strategy and execution.
