About the role

Mars Snacking is looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead its Better‑for‑You portfolio, which includes brands such as KIND and other purpose‑driven, culturally relevant brands. This senior leadership role will shape brand growth at the intersection of purpose, performance, and cultural relevance, reporting as the top marketing authority for the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and globally roll out differentiated brand positioning and marketing strategies for each brand while maintaining a cohesive portfolio narrative.
• Drive consumer, customer and growth strategy by uncovering new occasions, audiences and distribution points, and partnering with Sales on long‑term brand vision.
• Transform the innovation pipeline into a consumer‑needs‑led model, creating a holistic agenda across packs, formats and platforms.
• Pioneer a digital‑first, consumer‑led marketing approach, integrating mass reach with earned, experiential and grassroots activations.
• Lead, inspire and develop a multi‑brand marketing organization, fostering a culture of purpose, courage, inclusivity and high performance.
