Community Manager – The Letterman Student Living

About the role

The Community Manager for The Letterman student‑living property will oversee daily operations, lead the on‑site team and ensure the community meets its financial and service targets. Reporting to senior management, the role combines property management, budgeting and compliance responsibilities within Greystar’s student housing portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the assigned property, supervising staff and coordinating daily activities.
• Develop and monitor the property budget by analysing financial statements, marketing data and operational reports.
• Set rent rates and oversee rent and fee collection to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable regulations.
• Maintain resident satisfaction through community engagement and prompt issue resolution.

Required profile

• Experience in multi‑family or student housing operations.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate financial and market information.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA and related housing regulations.
• Effective leadership and communication skills to manage a property team.
