Chief Enterprise Integration Officer

About the role

The Georgia Department of Labor is seeking a senior executive to lead enterprise integration and modernization across the agency. Reporting to the Commissioner, the Chief Enterprise Integration Officer will ensure digital, financial and operational systems function as a unified enterprise, supporting rapid decision‑making and coordinated action.

Key responsibilities

• Steward operational intelligence and integrate digital, financial and enterprise signals into coordinated plans that enable rapid, informed decision‑making.
• Drive enterprise modernization, ensuring new technologies, workflows and capabilities are adopted consistently across all functions.
• Align cross‑functional activities and executive operations to execute strategic objectives and agency priorities.
• Translate strategic priorities into integrated enterprise plans, monitor progress, identify barriers and recommend solutions.
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics, analyze trends and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration or a related field, plus at least six years in a managerial or supervisory role, or ten years of equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale enterprise integration, modernization or transformation initiatives in a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of operational intelligence, performance measurement, risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
