Center Director

About the role

We are seeking a Center Director to lead a growing plasma donor center in Palestine, TX. The role oversees daily operations, financial performance, and ensures an exceptional donor experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and strategy, optimizing processes to achieve donor flow, retention, and operational goals.
• Own and manage the site P&L, improve efficiency, and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations; partner with quality and facilities teams; lead audits and inspections.
• Communicate expectations through regular team syncs and make data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or higher education.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lb, stand or sit for extended periods, and work in cold environments (down to –40 °C) briefly.
• Flexibility to work day/evening shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
