Campus Ministry Associate – Undergraduate Ministries (Georgia)

About the role

The Campus Ministry Associate will support InterVarsity’s mission by learning and preparing for the full responsibilities of a Campus Staff Minister. This one‑ to two‑year, full‑time position provides intensive training while the associate engages in ministerial functions on a university campus in Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ through daily spiritual disciplines and community involvement.
• Participate in the ministry team to cast vision, plan spiritual growth initiatives, and lead specific areas of ministry.
• Teach students to love, study, and apply Scripture; assist in guiding chapters or segments of chapters.
• Provide pastoral care and support to students, faculty, and leadership teams, including training and resource development.
• Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, expense reporting, risk management compliance, and required reporting at area, regional, and national levels.
• Serve as an ambassador for InterVarsity, developing relationships with ministry partners and representing the organization on campus.

• Ability to engage positively with students, faculty, and staff in a university setting.
