Brand Partnerships Specialist – Culture & Sports Marketing

About the role

Bose Corporation is seeking a Culture & Sports Marketing Specialist to shape and execute brand activations across sports and cultural arenas. You will work closely with the partnerships lead to identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations that amplify Bose’s brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage experiential activations in sports and culture to maximize brand impact.
• Track cultural trends across key markets and translate insights into activation strategies.
• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with talent, brand partners, and agencies.
• Identify new talent and partners, lead negotiations, and ensure timely contract execution and payments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create activation plans aligned with business priorities and brand messaging.
• Assist in building a measurement framework to evaluate partnership performance.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and KPIs with precision.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in partnership marketing, preferably within fast‑paced brand, marketing, experiential, or talent agencies.
• Strong ability to thrive in cross‑functional environments and communicate clearly.
• Deep understanding of traditional, lifestyle, fitness, niche sports, experiential, brand collaborations, and celebrity influencer marketing.
• Proven success in negotiating and managing partnerships from concept to execution.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
