Director of Marketing Operations

About the role

Rogo is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to own and scale the operational backbone of its marketing function. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will ensure clean data, reliable attribution, and efficient demand‑generation infrastructure across the full funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the marketing tech stack, including vendor evaluation, implementation, and integration with Salesforce.
• Build and maintain multi‑touch attribution models and ensure data integrity across marketing and sales systems.
• Design and manage demand‑generation infrastructure such as forms, landing pages, nurture flows, and lead scoring.
• Develop dashboards and reporting cadences covering pipeline generation, channel performance, and marketing‑influenced revenue.
• Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Finance to align data models, budget tracking, and ROI analysis.

Required profile

• 6+ years in Marketing Operations or Growth Operations at a B2B SaaS or Fintech company.
• Experience with complex, enterprise‑level sales motions and cross‑functional communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of building attribution models and reporting infrastructure.

Required skills

• Deep hands‑on expertise with HubSpot (or equivalent) and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in attribution and analytics tools such as GA4 or Default.io.
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools like Sigma or Looker for independent reporting.
• Experience leveraging AI to automate marketing operations.
