Marketing Analytics Lead

About the role

Range is seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead to drive growth strategy by supporting marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels. The role will own data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics to inform and optimize marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyze complex datasets, collaborating with performance marketing teams to optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, podcasts, and emerging platforms.
• Partner with content and organic teams to evaluate SEO and social performance, identifying opportunities to boost engagement and conversion.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and aggregate marketing data from third‑party platforms and internal warehouses.
• Develop automated reporting dashboards, perform attribution modeling, A/B testing, and spend efficiency studies.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and use Python for predictive modeling, campaign forecasting, and creative fatigue analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related quantitative field.
• 5 years of analytics experience, including at least 4 years in marketing analytics focused on paid media performance.
• Experience analyzing intricate datasets and working with both large enterprises and high‑growth startups.
