Brand Designer

About the role

Brain Co. is an applied AI startup delivering solutions for governments, healthcare systems, and critical industries. As the second brand designer, you will help shape the visual language that reaches senior leaders, heads of state, and institutional decision‑makers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce client‑facing presentations that make complex AI systems clear and credible for executive and government audiences.
• Build a modular slide system and component library to enable the team to scale high‑quality visuals.
• Translate dense technical and operational content into visual structures such as diagrams, process flows, data visualizations, and information hierarchies.
• Extend and refine Brain Co.’s visual language across the website, marketing materials, product storytelling, and print.
• Work in Figma with clean architecture, reusable components, and well‑organized files that others can easily use.
• Maintain meticulous attention to spacing, weight, contrast, and rhythm, correcting issues before they become noticeable.

Required profile

• Proven ability to produce design work at an exceptionally high level while moving quickly.
• Experience creating clear, trustworthy visuals for senior and governmental audiences.
• Strong eye for detail and a habit of setting visual standards that become reference points.
• Comfort working in a small, fast‑growing team where craft decisions shape the overall system.
